Writing a Compelling Cover Letter
Your cover letter should tell your story — why you're passionate about the role and what unique value you bring. Research the company and reflect their values in your writing.
Acing the Interview
Prepare using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for competency-based questions. Practice common grad interview questions and research the company thoroughly beforehand.
Networking & Building Connections
LinkedIn is your best friend. Connect with alumni, attend career fairs, and don't be afraid to reach out to professionals in your field for informational interviews.
Psychometric & Online Tests
Many graduate schemes include aptitude tests, Psychrometric tests and assessment centres. Practise psychometric tests, numerical and verbal reasoning tests, to prepare for your future role.
